Oneonta Public Transit provides accessible transportation options in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our goal is to ensure that individuals with disabilities receive services equal to those available on our fixed-route system.

OPT is committed to providing safe, reliable, and accessible transportation options for the community. A Customer Complaint Policy has been established, and customers wishing to file a complaint and/or obtain a copy of the Customer Complaint Policy may contact OPT at (607) 432-7100, or in person at the administration office located at 104 Main Street, Oneonta, NY.

Reasonable Accommodations
Requests for modifications of OPT policies, practices, or procedures to accommodate an individual with a disability may be made either in advance or at the time of the transportation service.
